  You can return your unused, unworn, and unwashed items for a full refund up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Items CANNOT be returned under the following conditions: The item has been used and shows any signs of use including, but not limited to, damage, scratches, dirt, removed packaging material. The item has been washed or worn. The item is missing tags and/or original packaging material. The item is soiled (ex: pet hair, dirt, stains, smoke). Items sent back to us that fall under these conditions will be returned to customer at customers expense (charged to original payment method). Any shipping cost incurred to return a product will not be refunded. There is the option to return the merchandise in person during program(s) session. 

We don't ship items, you can arrange to pick up your items and/or at our practice session. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours (2 Days) from the date of order to pick up. Please contact us to arrange your pick up!
